Each book includes an information section to teach more about the topics, from endangered species to tectonics and volcanoes, after the conclusion of the adventures. These titles can be solo adventures or even more fun in a group setting where cooperation is paired with critical thinking. An interactive activity wrapped in the trappings of an adventure story that encourages students to think as scientists while problem-solving different fieldwork scenarios." - School Library Journal
