"STAR REVIEW! This science graphic book series covers many topics in nature that little minds are usually curious about, from the ground around them to the sky and beyond. Elementary appropriate text will appeal to youngsters who need to understand difficult concepts such as erosion, tectonic plates, gravity, photosynthesis, and pollination. The series also covers important historic events in science such as the eruptions of Mount St. Helens and Mount Vesuvius and Halley’s Comet. As one who usually finds graphic books difficult to read, I enjoyed this series and think that our younger readers will as well. It is one of the better series on science topics that appeal to this age group. Highly Recommended." - Library Media Connection
