"The detail in this book does go quite in depth, much more so than one would expect for such a short book at this reading level." - Back to Books blog

Library Media Connection - Sarah Wendorf, LMTC Director, Waunakee (Wisconsin) Intermediate School

"Early nonfiction readers meet graphic novels in this series that provides engaging basic natural disaster overviews. The three chapter structure introduces a natural disaster, how people study it, and ways to stay safe. Illustrated panels include maps and labeled diagrams, allowing for media literacy and social studies connections." - Library Media Connection
