Lori Polydoros

Lori Polydoros is a children's book author and freelance writer of more than 75 stories and books for kids. She pens fiction and non-fiction for the library and educational market. Lori's non-fiction titles range from animals to extreme sports. She has also published many stories in the "Los Angeles Times' Kids' Reading Room" page. But most of all, Lori loves writing picture books and novels for middle grade readers. Many of her fiction titles are set in unusual places around the world. Lori has won several awards for her picture books and novels. She presents at author festivals and schools and teaches creative writing classes for all ages.
