"Providing scientific explanations for familiar and unusual natural phenomena, these books will intrigue most readers. . . .Appropriate photos accompany the explanatory texts. Useful choices to extend basic coverage of natural phenomena offered in other sources." - School Library Journal

Suzanne Garbe

Suzanne Garbe is the author of several nonfiction children’s books. When not writing, Suzanne works with nonprofit organizations working to reduce poverty in communities around Minnesota. In 2013, she volunteered with the team that put together the largest Lite-Brite picture in history. Her jeans are still splattered with the extra strong glue they used to keep the Lite-Brite pegs in place.
