Teaching Children Mathematics, NCTM - Aki Murata, University of California–Berkeley

"The four books in this series address some of the core mathematics concepts for early elementary school grades—addition, subtraction, comparison of quantities, and even/odd numbers—as part of a Scooby Doo mystery. With colorful illustrations and engaging story contexts that are typical of Scooby-Doo mysteries, these are good books for students to read on their own or for teachers to use as a part of their instruction after students have learned the mathematics concepts." - Teaching Children Mathematics, NCTM
