School Library Connection - Mary Northrup, Reference Librarian, Metropolitan Community College – Maple Woods

"Students who like the strange and the wacky and Ripley’s Believe It or Not, will love this series. . . .The wide variety of subjects guarantees that any student would find the books appealing. Teachers could use the facts as between lessons fillers. Students will want to pick these up on their own for a fun read." - School Library Connection

Suzanne Garbe

Suzanne Garbe

Suzanne Garbe is the author of several nonfiction children’s books. When not writing, Suzanne works with nonprofit organizations working to reduce poverty in communities around Minnesota. In 2013, she volunteered with the team that put together the largest Lite-Brite picture in history. Her jeans are still splattered with the extra strong glue they used to keep the Lite-Brite pegs in place.
